Paris Fashion Week 2026: Full Official Dates — All Six Editions

The Paris Fashion Week 2026 official calendar — confirmed by the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode — runs across six distinct editions throughout the year, and the industry has its schedule set. Six windows, two tracks, one city: the complete 2026 dates for every Paris Fashion Week edition are now locked, and this is what the year looks like.

The FHCM structures the Paris fashion calendar around four editions of ready-to-wear: two dedicated to menswear, in January and June, and two dedicated to womenswear, in March and September. Haute Couture Week operates on its own separate axis — January and July — positioned as its own sovereign event, never folded into the prêt-à-porter calendar. Six events in total, each with its own logic, its own audience, and its own weight within the global industry.

The Six Editions, Briefly Explained

Before the dates: a note on the architecture. Paris is unique among the Big Four fashion capitals — alongside New York, Milan, and London — in that it hosts both a ready-to-wear calendar and a legally protected couture calendar within the same year. The FHCM, which traces its institutional roots to 1868 and today represents more than a hundred French and international houses, governs both. The ready-to-wear schedule moves fast and commercially; the haute couture calendar answers to craft alone. Together, they give Paris a kind of dual authority that no other city in fashion carries.

Menswear Fall-Winter 2026–2027: January 20–25, 2026

The fashion year opens, as it always does, with menswear. Paris Fashion Week Menswear Fall-Winter 2026–2027 runs from Tuesday, January 20th to Sunday, January 25th, 2026.

Six days during which the mood of the masculine wardrobe cycle gets established for the season ahead. The January menswear calendar tends to draw a sharper, more focused crowd than the larger womenswear editions — smaller scale, more concentrated attention, and a creative atmosphere that has long permitted a certain degree of experimentation. Houses like Louis Vuitton, Dior Men, Hermès, and Ami Paris anchor the schedule; the surrounding names — from Japanese conceptualists to Paris-based independents — fill out the picture with the kind of creative specificity that makes the week worth reading closely.

For the 2026 edition, 35 runway shows and 32 presentations are on the FHCM official calendar, making it a particularly dense opening to the year.

Haute Couture Spring-Summer 2026: January 26–29, 2026

Immediately after menswear — with barely a breath in between — Paris transitions into an entirely different register. Haute Couture Spring-Summer 2026 runs from Monday, January 26th to Thursday, January 29th, 2026.

Four days. That is all Haute Couture Week asks of the calendar, and yet few moments in fashion demand more of the people inside it. To qualify as an official Haute Couture house under French law — a status administered and protected by the FHCM — an atelier must be based in Paris, employ a minimum of 15 full-time staff, and present at least 35 entirely handmade looks per season, each built for individual private clients. The term haute couture is not a descriptor. It is a legal classification, and it carries consequences.

The January 2026 edition carries particular weight: it marks Jonathan Anderson’s first haute couture collection for Dior, and Matthieu Blazy’s first for Chanel — two of the most significant creative handovers in recent memory, arriving simultaneously on couture’s most demanding stage. Giorgio Armani Privé, meanwhile, presents for the first time without its founder, following Giorgio Armani’s death in September 2025. The 2026 spring-summer couture week is, in short, not a routine edition. The houses presenting it are in the middle of redefining themselves, and couture is precisely the context in which those redefinitions become visible.

Twenty-nine houses appear on the official schedule, from Schiaparelli opening Monday morning to a final Thursday dedicated largely to a new generation of couture voices.

Womenswear Fall-Winter 2026–2027: March 2–10, 2026

The most commercially consequential edition of the entire Paris calendar arrives in early spring. Womenswear Fall-Winter 2026–2027 runs from Monday, March 2nd to Tuesday, March 10th, 2026.

Nine days — the longest single stretch on the 2026 calendar, and the one that draws the broadest global audience. This is where the full weight of the industry lands: buyers from every major retail account, editors from every market, stylists planning wardrobes months out, and a front-row presence that the rest of the world reads as closely as the collections themselves. Chanel, Dior, Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Givenchy — the houses that define what luxury fashion means to the public at large are concentrated here, and each show functions simultaneously as a commercial event and a cultural statement.

March womenswear is also where creative transitions make their fullest first impression. A new hand at a historic house announces itself in this window with particular clarity; the scale of attention leaves little room for ambiguity. For 2026, Loewe presents its first collection under Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez in a co-ed format during this week — one of the season’s most closely watched moments.

Menswear Spring-Summer 2027: June 23–28, 2026

Summer arrives, and with it the second menswear edition of the year. Paris Fashion Week Menswear Spring-Summer 2027 runs from Tuesday, June 23rd to Sunday, June 28th, 2026.

The June menswear calendar operates with a different atmosphere than January — the city is warmer, the pace slightly looser, and the collections themselves tend to reflect that shift. Spring-Summer menswear is where proportion, palette, and the overall attitude toward formality (or its deliberate absence) get set for the following year. In recent seasons, the June calendar has grown considerably in both prestige and attendance, with major houses treating it with an ambition that would have seemed out of proportion a decade ago.

Six days, symmetrical with January — a clean structure that the FHCM has held consistent across the calendar.

Haute Couture Fall-Winter 2026–2027: July 6–9, 2026

The second Haute Couture Week of the year follows approximately one week after menswear concludes. Haute Couture Fall-Winter 2026–2027 takes place from Monday, July 6th to Thursday, July 9th, 2026.

Where January couture tends toward lightness — the openness of Spring-Summer proportion, the transparency of organza, the freshness of a new year — July couture moves in a heavier, more interior register. Fall-Winter haute couture is where the ateliers go deepest: brocade and velvet that require months of preparation, embroideries counted stitch by stitch, construction that demands a full calendar of fittings before a garment reaches completion. It is fashion at its most deliberately slow. In an industry increasingly defined by velocity, that slowness carries its own authority.

The FHCM confirmed these dates as part of its official calendar, with submission deadlines for participating houses set for Wednesday, April 1st, 2026.

Womenswear Spring-Summer 2027: September 28 – October 6, 2026

The final fashion week of the 2026 calendar year — and in terms of forward momentum, arguably the most consequential. Paris Fashion Week Womenswear Spring-Summer 2027 runs from Monday, September 28th to Tuesday, October 6th, 2026.

Nine days, mirroring March in both duration and in weight. The September-October womenswear edition is where the industry’s imagination about what comes next gets made concrete. The collections shown in this window will inform magazine covers, campaign imagery, editorial shoots, and retail buying from spring 2027 onward — a color story, a silhouette shift, a new way of approaching outerwear can move a cultural conversation almost overnight. This is also the edition that closes the Paris fashion year on maximum momentum, the last major statement before the cycle resets in January.
