All card numbers and payment credentials are handled directly by our certified payment provider—we never see or store your full card details on our own servers. We also support 3-D Secure (Verified by Visa, Mastercard Identity Check, etc.) and may run soft security checks to keep fraudulent activity off our platform. These checks never affect your credit score, but we might reach out for a quick confirmation if something looks unusual.
You will see all available currencies when you select the country you’re shopping from. If you’re paying for your order using a bank account that operates in a different currency, your bank will convert the amount using their exchange rate or charge a transaction fee.
If your payment fails, you will be notified and given the option to try again or choose a different payment method. Please ensure that your payment information is correct and that you have sufficient funds in your account.

We’ll reply within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and label options.
Re-pack the item in its dust-bag and original box, attach the label, and post it within 7 days.
Keep your proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.
Faulty / incorrect item: LA FORMA covers the cost with a prepaid label.
Change of mind / wrong size: You choose a tracked service and pay the return postage.
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Simply place a new order for the item you want, then return the original for a fast refund once it reaches our warehouse.
