3. How to Start a Return
  1. Email us: [email protected] with
    • order number
    • reason for return
    • clear photos if item is faulty
  2. Receive your RMA: we’ll reply within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorisation and label options.
  3. Pack securely: place Bag Pillows inside the original dust-bag and shipping box, then attach the label.
  4. Post it: send within 7 days of receiving the RMA and keep the proof of postage.

Responsibility: The parcel is yours until it reaches our warehouse in Chișinău (or our EU hub, if supplied), so we recommend tracked shipping.

4. Who Pays for Shipping?

5. Refund Timelines
  • We issue refunds within 5 business days of your parcel being scanned into our system.
  • Funds will appear back on your original payment method within 3-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Original shipping fees are refunded only if the item was faulty or you cancelled before dispatch.
6. Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Need a different size or colour? Simply place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

7. Fair-Use & Quality Checks

Returns are inspected by our Quality Control team. Items showing wear, odours, stains, pet hair, or missing packaging will be refused and shipped back at your expense.
If we detect an unusual or abusive return pattern (e.g., repeated heavy usage of items before return), we reserve the right to limit or refuse future orders.

8. Order Cancellation (Pre-Dispatch)

Changed your mind? Email [email protected] before you receive your shipping confirmation. If the order hasn’t left our studio, we’ll cancel it and issue an immediate refund.

9. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive or local consumer-protection laws.
