1. Order Processing
- Handling time: We dispatch all paid orders within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed after 14:00 EET on Friday, at weekends or on Moldovan public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- A shipping-confirmation e-mail with your tracking number is sent the moment your parcel leaves our warehouse.
2. Shipping Method
We use a single, premium delivery service for every order: EMS (Express Mail Service) operated by Poșta Moldovei within the Universal Postal Union (UPU) network. EMS serves more than 190 countries, follows the fastest UPU routes, and provides end-to-end tracking with proof of delivery—so your LA FORMA I Bag Pillows reach you quickly and securely, no extra choices or add-ons required.

4. Shipping Costs
The exact shipping fee is calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery address. It depends on:
- Volumetric weight of the parcel
- Service selected (EMS or registered domestic)
- Destination zone
5. Tracking & Updates
- Each parcel receives a unique EMS or registered-parcel number that can be tracked on https://www.ordertracker.com/ page.
- If the status has not changed for more than five business days, contact us at [email protected] and we will open an inquiry with the carrier.
6. Customs Duties & Taxes
All import duties, VAT and related charges are the customer’s responsibility. Should you refuse to pay them and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the merchandise value only, less the initial and return shipping costs.
7. Special Instructions & Liability
- Please make sure the shipping address you enter is complete and accurate. LA FORMA cannot be held liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- We are not responsible for parcels marked “Delivered” by the postal operator but subsequently lost or stolen at the destination address. If you live in an area where porch theft is common, we suggest selecting delivery to a post-office counter or requiring a signature on delivery.
8. Undeliverable or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed, refused or had an invalid address, we will issue a refund for the product cost only. Original and return shipping fees will be deducted.
9. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within 14 days of the estimated arrival date, e-mail [email protected] with your order ID and tracking number. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
